The CM-100 delivers solid built-quality, and performance rarely seen in a speaker
of its size. It offers clear sound and a wide soundstage without the bulk of traditional
loudspeakers. You get the best of both worlds—a compact speaker with great sound.

THE DESIGN
The CM-100 speaker features a rock-solid cabinet that is crafted out of 3/4" thick
MDF (medium density fiberboard) for reduced resonant sound. The cabinet is sealed
for accurate bass response. Each cabinet is aligned with a 3/4” soft dome tweeter
for smooth and clear dialogue playback and is accompanied by a 5-1/4" woofer driver
with a large rubber surround for deep bass response. The monitor can be placed near
a CRT monitor or TV screen without magnetic interference.
The Linkwitz-Riley crossover provides a steep slope and perfect blending between
the woofer and tweeter. The crossover features high-quality aircore inductors and
metallized polypropylene capacitors, all joined together by point-to-point soldering
and all the features you would expect to find in a larger and more expensive speaker.
